Christmas market in Bolzano

From 26th November to 23rd December, Walther Square hosts the characteristic wooden small houses of the "Christkindlmarkt"; 80 exhibitors offer typical glass, wood and ceramic decorations, many gift ideas inspired by the most genuine craft tradition, together with food-and-wine specialities and delicious Christmas sweets such as the famous Bolzano "Zelten".

Visiting the Bolzano Christmas street market means immersing oneself in the magical tradition of the Alpine Advent. A particularly picturesque atmosphere reigns in the “Enchanted Wood” of Palais Campofranco, near the street market.
Moreover, it will be possible to find out what is concealed every day beneath the windows of the big Advent calendar of the Max Valier building (seat of the Alto Adige Marketing).
