BIOGRAPHY:
Saint Aaron, the brother of Moses, was the first high priest of Israel and a key figure in the Old Testament. He assisted Moses during the Exodus from Egypt and played a crucial role in proclaiming God's commandments to the Israelites. He was chosen by God as the high priest, and his descendants continued this role. Despite his esteemed position, he was involved in the creation of the Golden Calf, for which he later repented. He died on Mount Hor, where Moses removed his priestly garments and passed them to his son Eleazar.
