BIOGRAPHY:
Saint Adelphius of Remiremont was a Benedictine monk and bishop who lived in 7th-century France. He joined the Luxeuil Abbey at a young age under the guidance of St. Columbanus. Later, he became the abbot of the monastery of Remiremont, an important religious center in Lorraine. During his leadership, he promoted monastic reforms and strengthened the discipline of the Benedictine order. He was renowned for his wisdom and piety, leaving a lasting spiritual influence in the region. He passed away around the year 670.
